12 PM | Row of Life

Angela Madsen is a disabled athlete who lives beyond pre-determined boundaries. As a former Marine, Paralympian, and world-record-setting ocean rower, she defies both physical limitations of her disability and social limits of what disabled people are capable of accomplishing. This documentary follows her as she prepares and embraces one of the biggest tasks known to humankind: rowing across the Pacific Ocean.

Row of Life is not only an extraordinary account of one of the most amazing athletic achievements in history, but also a touching story of the love and support that drives Angela to achieve. The film, with its strong imagery and candid narration, addresses themes of resilience, identity, and strength that breaks limits, both personal and social. Row of Life is a touching tribute to a disabled athlete whose success is not only on the water, but also in will, determination, and the power of love.
